A Call to Persistence

Persistence, GO AWAY. You simply validate the endless pursuit of ______, which culminates ______ walking away downtrodden and empty handed. Your ability to manipulate  your true meaning into a virtue disguises your true evil. You belong in a sentence right before, "... is actually  an intelligent way of saying annoying and shameful." You are the reason an infatuated teenager never relinquishes his or her infatuation; you are the reason ______  blindly wanders after ______ seeking approval and smiles and attention and care and substance to fill a void caused by... YOU. And what do you have to say for yourself? 

"[I] am a firm continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition".

Fuck you, Persistence. You think by claiming with your help one is able to overcome difficulty and opposition, you can fool me? Maybe others, but not me. I see right through your virtuous facade. See, what you mean to say is, "Hey vulnerable men and women, when you are defeated and it's best that you set your sights and hopes on a goal more achievable, just think of yourselves as Persistent. That way, you can hide the reality of the unfortunate, YET realistic situation."

Give me a break, give everyone a break. Show yourself for what you really are: falsely optimistic, and disgracefully misleading. You belong in perdition with the likes of, "Damned" and "Condemned". You are a vice, and I forbid you to allow your poison to settle.
